Story

This film was supposed to tell about a little boy who was separated from his father during the Second World War. The boy discovers the island of Sodor, where he meets Thomas the Train and decides to find his father. It was supposed to be the second full-length film in (after Thomas and the Magical Railway in 2000) and was scheduled for release in 2010. Due to numerous production issues, the film was constantly delayed until it was finally canceled in 2015 when HIT Entertainment went bankrupt and sold its ownership to Mattel.
