Tulsa King delivers

Exactly what you’re looking for. Stallone hits the mark with a brooding, nonsensical performance that blends humor and violence to perfection. The classic fish-out-of-water script is well-acted.

I was honestly pleasantly surprised

And the first episode does a great job of setting up the star-studded cast. The plot is intertwined from the start. We’ll see how the season plays out, but this is a big change from some of the other shows that have debuted recently.

There’s definitely no CGI
